The prices are weekly for apartment, from saturday to saturday. The fee includes:
2 sunbeds + 1 ombrella on the beach, consumes of electricity, gas, water, internet Wi-Fi, TV MEDIASET PREMIUM HOTEL, Reception 24h, air conditioning and use of the safe box.
Compulsory deposit required euro 150,00 for one room unit apartments, euro 200,00 for apartments with two or three romms. For young people in a three room unit apartment the depositi is €260,00.
EXTRA CHARGES
Final compulsory cleaning:one room unit euro 35,00,two room unit euro 45,00 and three room unit euro 55,00
Linen:the bed,bath and kitchen's can be rent at spot euro 13,00 per person for week
Extra guest: (only apartments with extra bed) euro 50,00 for the A period ; euro 90,00 for B-C-D; euro 110 for E-F-G (per week)
Cradle, high chair: Free on request at time of booking
Parking lot (limited spots): euro 49,00 per week
EARLY BOOKING OFFER: 10% discount for booking (with deposit) within 60 days from the date of arrival. Penthouse not. ( not cumulative with other offers)
OFFER LONG VACATION: 10% discount for stays of two weeks (not cumulative with other offers)
SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR FAMILY: 2 FREE TICKET ( per apartments reserved ) chosen between: ITALIA IN MINIATURA-FIABILANDIA-OLTREMARE-AQUAFAN (not cumulative with other offers)

Kitchens are equipped with necessary cutlery for the number of people stated.

The weekly rates indicated represent the rental of the apartment for the number of people stated. It is not allowed to bring in more people into the apartments than number booked.
