NOTES:
the prices are weekly,from saturday to saturday. The stays start at 3.00 p.m. and finishes at 10.00 a.m. Compulsory deposit required euro 150,00 for one romm unit apartments, euro 200,00 for apartments with two or three romms.

EARLY RESERVATION PROMOTION:

10% of discount in the second week of the stay, not available for the periods F-G.(that can not be accumulated with another promotions)
SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR FAMILIES:
available only in the periods A-B-C--D: 2 free ticket (for apartments reserved) for either
"ITALIA IN MINIATURA" and "FIABILANDIA"
- Check- in: from 3.00 pm
- Check-out: from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.
- Kitchens are equipped with necessary cutlery for the number of people stated.
- The weekly rates indicated represent the rental of the apartment for the number of people stated. It is not allowed to bring in more people into the apartments than number booked.
- Table linen included in the apartment.
- Bath and bed linen not included. You can carry your own linen or it is possible to rent them on the spot.
- Credit cards accepted
- Payments: an advance payment of 30% is requested on booking by banktransfer. Balance to pay on arrival.
